Items listed as pre-order are not physically in-stock at this time. If you purchase an item listed as “pre-order”, it will ship to you as soon as it is in-stock. The estimated wait time varies depending on the product. Items listed as pre-order will have an estimated ship date on the individual product listing. 

You must pay in full at the time of purchase to secure the item.

After your order is packaged by us, they are handed off to the shipping courier to make its way to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare case that this happens to you, you must file a claim with the courier.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unworn and in the original packaging. You may be subject to a restocking fee. At this time, exchanges are not accepted.

We use 14k solid gold, gold vermeil, gold plated, and sterling silver in our designs. We design fashion and fine jewelry so you can choose from a collection of jewelry at every price point.

TLDR; Fashion jewelry should not be exposed to water (chlorine/saltwater, too!), sweat, chemicals, oils, perfumes. Over time, exposure could cause the gold plating to fade away or become discolored. You should always store jewelry separately to avoid scratching. Put your fashion jewelry on LAST when you are getting ready!

14K solid gold is waterproof and tarnish resistant. We still recommend limiting exposure to chlorine/saltwater and storing separately from other pieces to avoid scratching. Please follow these care tips to keep your jewelry in the best condition.

Fashion jewelry is not waterproof. Frequent exposure to water can cause the gold plating to fade away and expose the base metal underneath. It is best to take off your fashion jewelry before swimming, showering, and sweating.

Solid gold is waterproof and will not change color or fade if exposed to water.

We use different materials across our collection (14k solid gold, gold vermeil, and gold plated) which may produce slight variations in the shade of gold. Our gold vermeil collection has a brighter, yellow tone than our other pieces. This is due to how we mix the gold with different alloys to create a lustrous, bright finish.
